Mini Chip Banana Loafs

Banana bread is a favorite among many people in the quick bread family. I have always love it as a child and still do especially with chocolate chips :P YUM! The best part about this banana bread is that its in mini loaf form so its great for snacking on the go and a good size portion.  This bread is packed with mini semisweet chocolate chips just how I like it. I like the small morsels better then the large especially for bread and muffins. This is of course a less then healthier version of banana loafs from the last recipe I made, but I wanted a basic delicious bread. Its packed with banana flavor and is moist while being slightly chewy. Its got simple ingredients and direction. Its basically a fool proof banana bread recipe and it be pretty hard to screw this one up :). It might not be as healthy, but its really good once in a while and technically every one's burning some calories while cooking and doing food preparing. You may not think it at the time

Homemade Healthy Granola Bars :D

I'm back to baking! Last night I adapted a cookie recipe into granola bars and their much healthier then the store bought versions. Homemade is always more nutritionist and the best thing about it is you can add any of your favorite's to the mix. There are so many ideas to this recipe to make it your own. I'm so glad I checked out all-recipes and found this great recipe. The bars were a super hit and I'll definitely have to make another batch. I'll have to see what other versions I will make next time, maybe apple cinnamon?

Rejuvenation And Health

I'm back!, Took about a week off blogging to rejuvenate and relax. It was just what I needed to come back to my blog feeling excited and full of new ideas for recipes. Sometimes  you just need a break to feel creative   Quite of a few things have happened overtime away from my blog. I just recently joined a private face book biggest loser spring group created by my sister, which starts in April for 10 weeks. I'm super excited to try something new for fitness and wellness. During this time I'll be still baking and blogging, but for a different route I'll be trying out easy, cheap and healthy baking recipes  I'm super excited to try some new recipes and ideas.  I've also just joined Fitness Pal website, which is great to keep a journal on your exercise and food intake. But that's just one part of it. It also includes a place to communicate with other members about any subject involving fitness. For me I find it great to get ideas for healthy replacements i

Delcious Savory Biscuits & A Giveaway!

Just recently I made some delicious savory biscuits and they are by far the easiest recipe. I have made these a few times and  the title may throw you off for combination but their surprisingly delicious, especially in texture.I can actually see many combination's or alterations made for anyone that uses this recipe.  Definitely can have fun in this recipes with  using your favorites. Another great part about this recipe is because there is no rolling or cutting of shapes involved. Its basically scooping and dropping batter on a non stick sheet. Theses biscuits cut the time, equipment used and gives you more time to eat the delicious cheesy bread.

How To Make Low-Fat Banana Mini Loafs

I love banana bread and who doesn't love it in mini form, especially with no cutting needed :P.I found that this was the best bread I have ever eaten. Its moist, has a strong banana flavor and a crumbly chewy crust. Those are the traits I love for this treat :). This kind of quick bread is really easy to experiment with in sense of replacements and additions.Especially adding your favorites such as chocolate chips, dried fruits and nuts .
