This is a wonderful choice of dessert to enjoy on a hot summer day.Who wouldn't want a bowl of homemade Cookies n Cream Cheesecake Ice cream? Someone crazy that's who? If you want a taste of this delightful dessert then try out this recipe.

This ice cream is made for all levels of bakers/cooks.It in tales a very budget friendly ingredient list and includes minimal prep.The recipe is very adaptable for any ones like and dislikes and you don't necessarily need an ice cream machine.The dessert is also easy to create with simple directions as well as beneficial advice.

 


This is an ice cream that can be also easily improvised as I mentioned before.So,if you're like me that doesn't have a machine then it can be simply done along with creating a surprising result.Lastly,with whatever option that you chose it will always be time consuming to create a homemade ice cream.So if you're in a hurry, I highly recommend to make this ahead of time to enjoy on those warm days not to mention when that certain craving hits.
 

This delicious homemade ice cream will definitely hit the spot.A dessert that is full of flavor that it's almost hard to describe.In every spoonful you will have a wonderful richness of heavy cream and cream cheese along with a sweet chocolate cookie crunch. This is a soft ice cream that is creamy,smooth and sweet.

Cookies 'N' Cream Cheesecake Ice Cream


4 ounces (1/2 package) Cream Cheese,at room temp
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups whole milk
Pinch Of Salt
15 chocolate sandwich cookies


Place the cream cheese in a large glass bowl and place in the microwave heating for 30 to 45 minutes,until able to stir with a wooden spoon,smoothly.



Stir in the sugar,then whisk in the heavy whipping cream,milk,vanilla,salt, and lemon juice.Whisk until smooth.Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

 
Place the sandwich cookies in a large resealable plastic bag.Use a rolling pin to crush the cookies,setting aside.


Once completely chilled in the fridge.Add the ice cream mixture to the ice cream machine and churn according to the instructions.During the last 5 minutes,add the crushed cookie.Once finished,trasnfer to a resealable container and freeze for atleast 8 hours before eating.Store in the freezer.


 Option Two :Once chilled for 4 hours,add the cookie crumbs.Then wrap the glass bowl in saran wrap or alluminum foil and place in the freezer for atleast 8 hours or overnight.


 Around the 4 hour mark, gently fold the ice cream to help combine the cookie crumbs.The mixture will still be liquidity.



Then place it back in the freezer until completely frozen.Store in freezer,well wrapped.

(Tips For Option Two) Important to have a glass bowl such as pyrex that can handle the extreme cold.You can also transfer the ice cream mixture from the glass bowl after refrigreation into a resealable container and add the cookie crumbs. Proceeding with the same steps.
