Julia Child would of turned 100 years old today and I pay my respects to her for being such an inspiration to so many foodie's around the world like me.
I wish she was still here today because I would of loved to have met her like many dream.She was so passionate about food and I loved her can do attitude to cooking.She made it purely about the food and nothing less.She had great energy to her and she left such a strong impression on the world.
So I hope everyone finds their own little foodie way to celebrate her and have fun with it.
