Pizza Pinwheels For My Sister's Birthday

I made some delicious mini pizza pinwheels on Friday night that I brought along to my sister birthday party the next day.Everyone really loved them and gave me compliments in how good they were. I made about two dozen pinwheels and they were all devoured before the night was over. I was very happy about that since I don't want any food to go to waste;however I know that anything pizza related will be eaten in this house anyways. I had a lot of fun though, playing with my niece and nephews outside and enjoying the beautiful weather were finally getting here on the island.Lots of good food and good times with the family.

Now these mini pizza pinwheels would be great as an appetizer at parties, casual gatherings or a dinner. They attract the eye like no other with their intense colors and would be even better with a variety of attractive colors. Aroma to these pinwheels are definitely a main key to why they getting eaten so quickly.Their strong intense taste of garlic, spices, tomato and cheese come together so nicely and absorb their flavor in the bread dough very evenly. They have a great layered, risen, chewy texture and are everything that you ask for in a pizza. They may be tiny in size, but they pack a punch in flavor in matter of one bite. So try it out yourself and enjoy.

 What I Did:
  • If you want small pinwheels: After kneading dough, break dough in half equally. Proceed to do the same thing in the recipe, but for both pieces of dough.Example: Roll each dough out, score and add the filling evenly to both. Roll in jelly roll style and cut.You end up with 2 smaller rolls for smaller pinwheels.
