Here is another wonderful late night baking adventure using for the first time one of my new recipe books specifically for the muffin variety. These spicy muffins are the quick and simple way to release the tension of craving delicious sweets. Its wonderful crunchy sugar crumble topping is quite a treat along with its great cake like texture with sweet apples and spices. The appearance is very intriguing and the scent is intoxicating while it streams through the air to complete your craving.
