This recipe I found in "Company Comings For Cookies" and it was really simple to follow and makes a large bunch for the cookie lovers out there. Peanut Butter, Chocolate And Cranberry Cookies ( Adapted From Peanut Butter Cookies, Company Comings For Cookies)

1 cup Butter,softened
1 cup Brown sugar,packed
1 cup Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Smooth peanut butters
3 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk chocolate chips
1 cup Dried cranberries
1 cup Milk chocolate chips
1 cup Dried cranberries
1.Use deep large bowl to cream butter( cut in pieces to help) with both sugars (Electric beater)
2. Beat in eggs one at a time.
3. Mix in peanut butter ( if peanut butter is kept in the fridge, take it out to warm up so its easier to measure out)
4.Stir in flour, baking soda ,salt, milk chocolate chips and cranberries.
5.Roll into 1 inch balls and place on nonstick or ungreased cookie sheet
6.Make crisscross on cookies using a fork ( Dipping the fork in flour will help it from sticking to the batter).
7. Bake in 375F for 12- 15 minutes or until golden brown.
